We were lucky enough to have Tricia conduct a wine tasting at our home last year. It was fun to gather a group of friends and "compete" to see who could correctly identify the wines. Everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves, and at the end of the evening went home with a list of new wines to try.
A great idea for entertaining friends and family.

Wines I Love of Great Value

  • Chateau d'Esclans Whispering Angel Rosé
Strawberry and Raspberry notes with a savory Provence herbs background make for one of the best Rosé's in the world.
  • Kathryn Hall Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 $121.99
93 Points Wine Spectator..."tiers of dark berry fruit, plum, currant and blackberry flavors, with oak shadings and hints of anise, cigar box and cedar. The finish is long." One of the finest wines of Napa Valley. Congratulations to the former Ambassador to Austria, Kathryn Hall.
  • Charles & Charles 2014 Dry Rose Washington State $13.99
gWine Enthusiast gave 90 points to this awesomely complex dry rose. Aromas and flavors of strawberry, raspberry, spice, and herbs of Provence. Blend of Syrah, Mourvedre, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Cinsault, and Counoise. Drink on a hot summers day with your favorite grilled foods.
