The Wine Cellar at the historic Mansion on Turtle Creek Hotel and Restaurant, Dallas, Texas, was originally part of the private mansion's fur and silver storage room. Tennessee Williams and Franklin Roosevelt stayed at the Mansion during its private home days. I had the privilege of interviewing Jennifer Eby, Wine Director, who took over the reins of the Mansion's wine program this past year.
